Job description
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair medical equipment, such as oxygen concentrators, liquid oxygen, suction machines, and pulse oximeters.
- Perform troubleshooting
- Replace damaged or faulty components
- Conduct tests to ensure proper functionality after repairs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries
- Keep accurate records of repairs and inventory
- Must be willing to utilize Company Delivery Vans to perform local deliveries as assigned.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and their components
- Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and documentation
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain repair processes
